Hello! As you can see the new layout is up… do you like it? It’s using… wait for it…. DIV containers! AND 100% VALID CSS/CODING. I spent 4 or 5 hours on this coding and validating it and such. I’m sooo happy though that it’s all done. I hope everyone likes it.. And I have to thank Susannah for giving me the idea of heading over to the wonderful site of Heartdrops.org and downloading one of the free layouts. From there, I just changed a bunch of the coding and made it fit my layout and such and tada! Thanks so much to Georgina for the template 
Of course, her link is in the Credits (which i just now got around to adding!) section and in the footer. Without her free layouts, I never would have been able to do it. I owe it all to her.
So guess what I did today… bought a car! Well. Found the car. I’m not buying it until tomorrow because it was Sunday and the banks were closed. Plus the guy didn’t have the title. But I’m soooooooo pumped! Tomorrow we’re heading back up there with the money and bringing my baby home. It’s a gold 1996 Saturn. I know.. Gold. But it’s not totally terrible. And the interior is waay nice.. for being that old. It looks like new. I’ll post a picture when I bring it home! It also is coming with a new stereo.. It’s awesome. I’m paying $2750 for it.. Way more than I have. I only have $1500 but my parents are loaning me $1000 out of my college funds and $250 of their money. They’re just gonna make me a bill. I’ll be paying them for a while! Oh well, it’s totally worth it. And get this? It’s the same car as my boyfriends. Oh yeah. Awesome.
Mmm so I’m sort of obessed with Enrique Inglesias now.. Well I have been, but it’s coming stronger now? I just loveee his music. And not to be corny but.. who would try to escape his love? Really? Anyway, that would be the reason for the blog title and the layout
Soo, I haven’t gotten around to any updating of the resources/tutorials. I deleted some pages—useless pages—but that doesn’t help anything. I’ll get to it soon! Right now this website is just serving as a personal blog. But everything else will come soon.
Tomorrow I will spend some time replying to all comments. I’ve been doing horrible at that. I’m truly sorry.
Oh—and when heartdrops.org opens the reviews again, I will be submitting the site. Any suggestion as to what I should do beforehand?! Let me know if you can think of anything.

I like the new layout! It’s simple and nothing can get better than having a simple layout. Divs can be confusing and stressful to say the least (especially when you can’t figure out what is wrong and it’s usually a missing div tag). And I like the CSS you used
Nice! I wish I could buy my own car. I was going to but my parents wouldn’t help me haha. But congrats! That car doesn’t sound too bad. At least you have something to get you from point A to point B, right?
Hm.. I haven’t had my site reviewed so I don’t really know what reviewers look for. Everyone is different, though. You should probably check out her previously reviewed sites and see what she she had to say. It’ll give you an idea of what she’s looking for and what she may think isn’t nice about your site. That’s what I would do. But good luck!

And yaaaay for a car! Oh my gosh! I got a car when I was sixteen, before i got my drivers license and my brother wrecked it before I even drove it! So I got to pick out my own car the second time around. I realize how lucky I am that my parents paid for each of the cars and I got them as gifts. but yaaaay

I’m sure you’re already driving it by the time you read my comment. Lol. I remember my first car…a 1995 Blue Dodge Neon. It only lasted about a year…but only because my dad wouldn’t change do the “updates” or maintenance on it. Oh well. It was only about $600 total.

Congrats on the validation!!! It’s such an accomplished feeling to get it done; I remember how much of a pain it is.
And yay forthe car! I recently got myself an ‘09 Chevrolet Aveo..it’s yellow, lol.
Only thing I can say in regards to the review is I’m getting some popups from your website? I don’t know how that’ll fair. Goodluck!

And you’re so lucky because you can have your own car! I’m 16 as well, but I’m way too young to have a driver’s license according to the Norwegian law. You have to be at least 18 years old…

Congratulations on the layout! It looks very nice! I love the simplicity of it, and congratulations on being able to code it all on your own! I know how that feels, since coding takes forever!!
You’re so lucky being able to get a car. I have yet to be able to write my test, which I will do soon and then I’m gonna be the one blogging about getting a car!
